Terms of Service Agreement

General Provisions
This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") has been prepared to regulate the use of the GEO Builder platform ("Platform") and the services provided. The Platform is owned and operated by Sheltron Teknoloji A.Ş. ("GEO Builder", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you must not use the Platform.
Definitions
Platform: The web-based software application accessible at geo-builder.com and associated mobile applications. User: Any person or entity registered on the platform and using the services. Content: Any text, image, data, code, or other material uploaded or generated through the platform. Service: AI-powered SEO optimization, content generation, schema creation, and similar digital services offered through the platform. Subscription: Service packages offered for a specific fee and duration.
Account Registration and Security
You must register for an account to use the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or use of your account. GEO Builder is not responsible for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.
Service Scope
GEO Builder provides the following services: AI-powered SEO content generation, Schema.org structured data creation, LLM-ready content optimization, SEO analysis and reporting tools, API access (on relevant plans), multi-language support (Turkish, English). The features and limits offered depend on your subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify, add to, or discontinue services.
Subscription and Payment
Subscriptions are available in monthly or annual payment options. Payments are securely processed through the Iyzico infrastructure. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Price changes become effective in the next billing period. Taxes (VAT) are applied as required by law. Unpaid subscriptions result in service suspension.
Cancellation and Refund
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the billing period. Refund Policy: 14-day money-back guarantee is available for new subscriptions. No refund for subscriptions used beyond 14 days. Partial refunds are not available. Chargebacks without prior contact may result in account suspension.
User Responsibilities
Users must: Comply with all applicable laws, not violate third-party rights, not upload malicious or harmful content, not attempt to circumvent security measures, not use automated tools without permission (except authorized APIs), keep account information up-to-date, comply with API usage limits and rate limits.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited: Generating spam or deceptive content, creating content that infringes copyright, producing content promoting illegal activities, attempting to hack or damage the system, scraping data without authorization, account sharing or unauthorized resale, using the service to harm competitors, producing content that violates the personal rights of others.
Intellectual Property
GEO Builder Rights: The Platform software, design, logos, and trademarks belong to Sheltron Teknoloji A.Ş. User Content: Users retain rights to content they upload. AI-Generated Content: Users own the usage rights to content generated through our platform. License: We hold a limited license to process and improve content uploaded to the platform.
Liability Limitation
GEO Builder is NOT liable for: Indirect, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, loss of profit or business, data loss, service interruptions due to force majeure, issues arising from third-party services, accuracy of AI-generated content. Our maximum liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the last 12 months.
Warranty Disclaimer
The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We do not warrant that: The service will be uninterrupted or error-free, AI-generated content will be completely accurate, service will meet all user expectations, all bugs will be fixed. Users are responsible for verifying and editing AI-generated content.
Data Protection
GEO Builder processes personal data in accordance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and GDPR (for EU users). For detailed information, please refer to our Privacy Policy. Data Subject Rights: Contact kvkk@geo-builder.com.
Account Termination
GEO Builder may terminate accounts in the following cases: Terms of service violations, non-payment, fraudulent activities, court orders or legal requirements. After termination: Platform access is suspended, user data is deleted within 90 days, prepaid subscriptions are not refunded (except mandatory legal requirements).
Changes to Agreement
GEO Builder reserves the right to modify this Agreement. Significant changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Users who disagree with changes may cancel their subscription.
Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. For disputes: Consumer Arbitration Boards (within monetary limits), Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices (for matters exceeding limits). Alternative Dispute Resolution: Parties commit to seeking an amicable resolution first.
