Subject and Scope
This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") has been prepared in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Distance Contracts Regulation to define the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of GEO Builder digital services ordered electronically by the BUYER. The Agreement covers all digital services offered on the geo-builder.com platform.
Service Description
Service Name: GEO Builder AI-Powered SEO Platform. Service Type: Digital content and SaaS (Software as a Service). Features: AI-powered SEO content generation, Schema.org structured data creation, LLM-ready content optimization, SEO analysis and reporting tools, API access (relevant plans). Basic features are published on the geo-builder.com website.
Price and Payment Terms
Pricing: Current prices are published on geo-builder.com/pricing. Prices are in Turkish Lira (TRY) and exclude VAT. Payment Methods: Credit card (Visa, MasterCard), debit card. All payments are processed through Iyzico secure payment infrastructure. Billing: Charged monthly in advance for monthly plans and annually in advance for annual plans. Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Price changes do not affect the current billing period.
Delivery Method
As a digital service, no physical delivery is made. After payment: Account is activated within 1 hour maximum. Access credentials are sent to registered email. Platform access is immediately available. Delivery Confirmation: BUYER can confirm service delivery by logging into the platform.
Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Consumer Protection Law No. 6502: Withdrawal Period: BUYER may withdraw from this Agreement within 14 (fourteen) days of purchase without giving any reason and without penalty. Exercising Withdrawal: Send email to destek@geo-builder.com (specifying name, email, purchase date, withdrawal request), or call +90 542 138 65 74. Refund: Refund processed within 14 days of withdrawal to original payment method.
Exceptions to Right of Withdrawal
Under Distance Contracts Regulation Article 15/ğ, withdrawal right cannot be exercised when: Digital content delivery has begun with consumer consent (e.g., AI content generated, platform features used), and consumer has waived withdrawal right. BUYER acknowledges and agrees to these conditions by accepting this Agreement.
Service Commitment and Warranty
GEO Builder commits to: Providing services in accordance with agreement conditions, maintaining a secure and functional platform, providing technical support services, protecting BUYER's personal data in compliance with regulations. Service Level: 99.5% monthly uptime guarantee. Planned maintenance hours are not included in uptime calculation.
Buyer Responsibilities
BUYER undertakes to: Pay service fees on time, use the Platform in accordance with Terms of Service, ensure account security, provide accurate and current information, comply with applicable laws.
Intellectual Property Rights
Platform and Software: Property of Sheltron Teknoloji A.Ş. User Content: Rights to uploaded content belong to BUYER. AI-Generated Content: Usage rights belong to BUYER. License: BUYER grants a limited license to GEO Builder to process uploaded content.
Pre-Information and Digital Content Consent
BUYER acknowledges and agrees before approving this Agreement that: They have read and understood the pre-information form under Distance Contracts Regulation Article 6. BUYER also explicitly acknowledges and declares that: GEO Builder is digital content and electronic service in nature, digital content delivery will commence upon starting to use the service, withdrawal right will be lost once digital content delivery begins, this has been clearly communicated and consent is given.
Rights and Obligations of Parties
SELLER's Obligations: Provide service according to agreement terms, ensure Platform is secure and functional, provide technical support services, protect BUYER's personal data in compliance with regulations, prepare invoices and payment documents. BUYER's Obligations: Pay service fees on time, use Platform in accordance with Terms of Service, ensure account security, provide accurate and current information, comply with applicable laws.
Dispute Resolution
BUYER may submit complaints and objections regarding the service to destek@geo-builder.com. Consumer Rights: Consumer Arbitration Boards (within dispute amount limits), Consumer Courts (for disputes exceeding board limits), Ministry of Commerce (ALO 175 Consumer Complaint Line). Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized for disputes arising from this Agreement within the monetary limits specified in Law No. 6502.
Effectiveness and Acceptance
BUYER acknowledges and declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all provisions of this Agreement, obtained all pre-information regarding the service's essential characteristics, sale price, payment method, delivery conditions, and withdrawal right, and placed the order after electronically confirming this information, and will be legally bound by this Agreement. This Agreement becomes effective on the date of electronic approval by BUYER.
