This consent text has been prepared within the framework of Turkish Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages.

Communication Channels
Commercial electronic messages may be sent through the following channels: Email: To your email address provided at registration. SMS: To your mobile phone number provided at registration. Push Notifications: Through GEO Builder mobile application (when applicable). Social Media: To your linked social media accounts.
Consent Types
You may give or withdraw consent on a per-channel basis. Email Commercial Messages: Campaigns, promotions, and announcements sent via email. SMS Commercial Messages: Campaigns, promotions, and announcements sent via SMS. Push Notifications: Promotional notifications through mobile application.
Giving and Withdrawing Consent
Giving Consent: By checking the relevant box on the registration form, by enabling related options in account settings, by giving explicit consent in writing or electronically. Withdrawing Consent (Opt-Out): Through the 'unsubscribe' link in every commercial electronic message, by disabling related options in account settings, by sending an opt-out notification to destek@geo-builder.com. After Opt-Out: Your opt-out request is processed within 3 business days. Commercial electronic message sending stops after opt-out. Service-related mandatory notifications (invoices, password reset, etc.) are not affected.
Service Notifications (No Consent Required)
The following notifications are not considered commercial electronic messages and do not require consent: Account Security: Password change, suspicious login alerts. Transaction Notifications: Payment confirmation, subscription changes, invoice notification. Service Announcements: Planned maintenance, system updates, service changes. Legal Notifications: Contract changes, legal compliance requirements.
