Your Rights Under KVKK Article 11
Under KVKK Article 11, you have the following rights: To learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information if processed, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it's being used accordingly, to know third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad, to request correction if data is incomplete or incorrect, to request deletion or destruction under KVKK Article 7 conditions, to request notification of correction and deletion to third parties, to object to results against you arising from automated analysis, to claim damages for unlawful processing.
Exercising Your Rights
To exercise your rights under KVKK, you may: Send an email to kvkk@geo-builder.com with "KVKK Request" subject, submit via notary public, send registered mail with return receipt, use registered electronic mail (KEP). Required Information in Applications: Name, surname, TR ID number (or passport number for foreigners), residential or business address for notification, email and/or phone number, subject of request, supporting documents (if any). Response Time: Applications are concluded within 30 days at no charge. If a fee applies, charges set by the Personal Data Protection Board will be collected.
