Service Type: Digital service/electronic content. Delivery Method: Online platform access.
Service Packages and Pricing
Free Plan: 3 content generations per month, basic schema generator, community support, free. Starter Plan: 25 content generations per month, advanced schema tools, email support, 299 TRY + VAT per month. Pro Plan: 100 content generations per month, API access, priority support, 799 TRY + VAT per month. Enterprise Plan: Unlimited content generation, custom API limits, 24/7 support, custom pricing. 20% VAT is not included in all prices. 20% discount applies for annual payments.
Payment Terms
Accepted Payment Methods: Credit card (Visa, MasterCard), debit card, bank transfer (for annual plans). Billing: Charged monthly at the beginning of each month for monthly plans, annually in advance for annual plans. Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Price Changes: Price changes do not affect the current subscription period and are notified at least 30 days in advance.
Delivery Information
Service Activation: Account is activated immediately after payment confirmation. Platform access credentials are sent to registered email address. Delivery Time: No physical delivery as it is a digital service. Access Time: Account activation is completed within maximum 1 hour of payment confirmation.
Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Distance Contracts Regulation: Withdrawal Period: You have the right to withdraw within 14 days from service purchase date without giving any reason. When Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised: If digital content delivery has begun (e.g., AI content generated), if consumer has given consent and waived right of withdrawal.
Withdrawal Procedure
Withdrawal Notification: Written notification to destek@geo-builder.com (name-surname, email, purchase date, withdrawal request). Refund Process: Payment refunded within 14 days of receiving withdrawal request. Refund is made to original payment method.
Digital Content Special Notice
Important Warning: GEO Builder is digital content/electronic service in nature. Pursuant to Distance Contracts Regulation Article 15/ğ: When digital content delivery begins (AI content generated, platform features used), right of withdrawal ends. Order Confirmation Process: Consumer is clearly notified that digital content delivery will begin. Consumer gives consent waiving right of withdrawal. Digital content delivery does not begin without this consent.
