Service Nature
GEO Builder is a digital content and Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. Services Offered: AI-powered SEO content generation, Schema.org structured data creation, LLM-ready content optimization, SEO analysis and reporting, API access. No physical products are delivered. All services are provided online.
Service Delivery
Service Activation: Platform access is activated immediately after successful payment. Account credentials are sent to the registered email address. Pro and Enterprise plans are activated within a maximum of 1 hour. Delivery Time: Instant for subscription activation, AI content generation within 30 seconds on average, schema generation under 5 seconds, detailed reports within 2-10 minutes.
Technical Requirements
The following requirements are necessary for service delivery: Internet Connection: Stable internet connection. Browser: Current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge. Cookies: Cookies must be enabled for login and session management. Email: Valid email address for notifications and verification.
Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Distance Contracts Regulation: Withdrawal Period: 14 days from purchase date. Exercising Withdrawal: Contact destek@geo-builder.com or call +90 542 138 65 74. Withdrawal is processed within 3 business days. Refund Period: Within 14 days following withdrawal, refund to original payment method.
Exceptions to Right of Withdrawal
Under Distance Contracts Regulation Article 15/ğ, withdrawal right cannot be exercised in the following cases: If digital content provision has begun (AI content generated, platform features used), if explicit consent was given for digital content provision to begin and withdrawal right was waived. Note: If only login occurred without using platform features, withdrawal right is preserved.
Return and Refund Policy
Refund-Eligible Situations: Withdrawal exercised within 14-day period, continuous service outage exceeding 72 hours, subscription plan not delivered as committed. Non-Refundable Situations: Digital content provision started (with consent), subscription used beyond 14 days, account terminated due to terms violation, chargeback without prior communication.
Refund Process
Refund Request: Submit via destek@geo-builder.com with subject "Refund Request." Include name, email, purchase date, reason. Evaluation: Request reviewed within 3 business days, additional information may be requested, decision communicated via email. Refund Execution: Within 14 days of approval, to original payment method, processed through Iyzico infrastructure.
Service Interruption and Compensation
Service Level Commitment: 99.5% monthly uptime guarantee. Planned Maintenance: Notified 48 hours in advance, performed between 02:00-06:00 TST. Service Credit for Interruptions: 10% for uptime between 99.0-99.5%, 25% for uptime between 95.0-99.0%, 50% for uptime below 95.0%. Credits are applied to the next billing period and are not available as cash refund.
